Haiku Honeys

Here is one my honey wrote. He was thinking of how I went through illness for Christmas, but this would be a hard one to tell the people of Thailand right about now. My heart bleeds for them...

Do not live in fear.
Embrace the pain. Go forward.
It is part of life.

Be strong yet humble.
Bad will come to you in waves.
Make it yours and learn.

Take it and go on.
Temporary is the storm.
Faith will lead you back.


I especially like the last stanza, don't you?

Sitting in the car
How I like to stare at you
make it last all day

Give me what I need
I want to feel you closer
Would you take my hand?

Fly me to the blue
and take me to the places
I can be with you
